    cozy bungalows
    great location
    golf buggy
    chaotic buffet

We did a Journey to the Heart tour to see the Great Barrier Reef and visited Whitehaven Beach. The bungalows are super cozy and close to everything we needed. Don't forget a golf buggy for getting around-it's worth it!

One downside was the breakfast experience. The buffet felt chaotic and could use some healthier options to improve the overall dining experience.

I had unique neat room with a cot an a bed and good facilities. They provided lots of excellent choices for breakfast that was included. Location: the hotel was just off beach, the palm bungalows for 4 nights in the school holidays and the Hamilton Island Wildlife park/centre.

    spacious areas
    beach activities

    Great time for families

The bungalows provide a spacious area for the family, and we loved taking advantage of the free beach activities, especially paddle boarding! Watching wallabies hop around in the evenings was a highlight for the kids, really brought joy to our stay.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.

We went there because my son picked it as his wedding venue. The chapel and the service there were excellent. Accommodation was very good. However, reception, i.e. where we had our lunch that was a bit cramped and the service was quite slow. Overall, however, we all enjoyed the wedding. Regards Rosemarie

Service in the restaurant (wedding lunch) was very slow.

    great shower
    helpful staff
    fine gardens

The shower was great, and i loved the free shampoo and body lotion. Seeing wallabies by the lawn was a treat. The staff was super helpful, especially at the reception, and the well-kept gardens were fine.

    would recommend.

I thought the bungalows were really great, air conditioned and with fans. And the one we had was in an excellent position to the pools and food and facilities.

    cozy bungalow
    wildlife sightings
    amazing sunset
    rushed breakfast

    comfortable stay with fine views

The bungalow provided a cozy retreat, with all services included like quick luggage transfer. I appreciated the convenience of food delivery options and found the app helpful for navigating hiking trails. Wildlife sightings were a pleasant surprise. The sunset from One Tree Hill was amazing, a highlight of my stay.

The breakfast setup felt a bit rushed at times, which could use more organization.

We were lucky enough to get Bungalow number 1. On our next trip we would only book say bungalows no.s 1 to 5. The bungalows at the top end ,say 46... would be too far away for us. We cleaned our rooms which was no problem at all for us and the $10 vouchers were a nice touch. The break was worthwhile but we found the meal pricing around the restaurants was too structured,(even) eg the same wine cost the same at every restaurant which gave the feel that wherever you went the price was the same. The overall presentation of the resort was excellent.

We thought the bungalows were well designed and very comfortable. IN fact the design added a great deal to the holiday atmosphere

Easy to walk to any activity. Roomy. Quiet. Affordable for most people, even though I do think that it is very expensive to travel in Australia, and that is why alot of people are opting for the Asian getaways. Great to have the free shuttle buses and water sport activities included in price. Everybody we met were helpful and friendly.

We have stayed in the bungalows previously approxiamately eight years ago and it was the best vacation we have ever had so decided to return again plusone this time :) Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beach, pools, shops, medical centre and marina.

Our bungalow was one which has not been renovated yet so was abit tired looking, but I know that it will be upgraded in the future.

I had an incredible stay! The spacious bungalow felt like my own oasis, and I loved relaxing in the hammock while watching wallabies. Plus, the free use of kayaks made beach days unforgettable.
